Contacted them 3 times over a 5 day period, re-a door lock I was having issues with. Unfortunately, I had no response despite their website stating they will respond to an enquiry within 2 hrs, perhaps they might no longer be trading..due to covid. Emailed direct 2 posts on their enquiry web confirming received and will be in touch shortly.
