Took them 2 full weeks to respond to my membership cancellation request before finally receiving a confirmation email and....you have guessed it... 2 weeks later they have taken 30 quid of my bank account. Absolutely disgusting practices on hanging onto your money by force...
Recently joined the gym and the environment is lovely. It's spacious and clean. There's also a women only section, which is perfect for the ones who like to have their workout session comfortably. You also get two hours free parking, when you come to the gym and it's right near the gym. I have Nafisa who works there as my PT. She's so lovely and makes you comfortable as soon as you walk in.
Recently joined a few weeks ago. The gym is always kept tidy and machines/weights are readily available and you never have to wait for them to become available. It's very convenient the gym being 24 hours never had any issues accessing it. Staff are always friendly and willing to help with any queries
Recently joined this gym and it suits my needs perfectly. It's clean, quiet and has a big variety of equipment. the staff have supported me a lot getting started on my fitness journey, great team! also free parking! would highly recommend this club to all!!!
