My car was broken into over Christmas; the passenger window was completely smashed. The staff were very friendly & efficient, managing to install a new electric window in under 2 hours at a very affordable price! I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

BE AWARE....DISPUTED WARRANTY and INTIMIDATED Found Luton Automotive from Who Can Fix My Car and they replaced my brake pads and discs in Feb 2020. All went well and customer service was excellent at the time. But please be aware.... last week I realised their real face and how they were trying to intimidate me. Invoice states “ 1X20 MONTHS Parts Labour WARRANTY” (now less than 12 months and I have done only about 8000 miles after the change). Per the pagid.com website all their brake pads and discs are having 25 Months or 25000 miles warranty. As my car was indicating brake pads need to be replaced, I went to see whether I can claim the warranty and if not to find out how much it will cost. When I went there the in charge of the garage (apparently the co-owner) said that brake pads are not covered as I have used the car and asked various unnecessary / irrelevant questions from me. He even did not look into the real issue. He just wanted to get rid of this warranty claim and not to do anything free of charge on this under warranty. Today I have sorted my issue through some other garage. A damaged sensor has been replaced as it was not correctly fitted during the previous change done by Luton Automotive. Actually this should have covered through the warranty. Nonetheless they should have checked the real issue and explain the reason clearly if that is not covered by the warranty rather intimating and using abusive words on me. So please think twice before you choose them....there are plenty of garages in Luton and really good once in Welwyn / Stevenage / Letchworth if you happy to drive a bit. I will NOT RECOMMEND using this garage for anything. Please AVOID them now.

I was recommended Luton Automotive by a friend and it’s the best place for glass repair. The staff are very friendly and they are willing to help any time. The price that they gave me for the front screen on my car cannot be matched anywhere else. I highly recommend this garage because of the professionalism and detail that they pay attention to every vehicle. Plus you get a complementary wash that tops it up. Thank you guys!!

Had a front coil spring break on my car. Was able to be booked in the following day. Unfortunately they had issues with the ramp so had to be delayed but total honesty was kept throughout the entire process. The guys are lovely and very welcoming. Billy made me feel comfortable whilst I waited for the repair to be completed by Charlie. Would highly recommend their work!

Thankyou Luton Automotive for the electric window repair today. I have been around soo many garages trying to get this issue sorted out and none could do it for me and told me to go to main dealership which would of be very expensive for me especially in the pandemic. Luton Automotive looked after me managed to get it fixed it on the same day as they have vast experience in this field at a great price ! This has also now added value onto my car having this done . Would highly recommend
