My daughter is special needs & has difficulty standing in queues & I explained to the lady at the door the situation & she said they cannot prioritise anyone & she has to line up like everyone else. My daughter started to cry because she wanted to go in & didn't understand that she has to queue up. Another gentleman standing in the queue spoke & told the lady to let her go in as she has special needs & she replied to him if you don't mind her going infront of you then that's fine otherwise she can't do anything. I was very disappointed in their response to special needs child & lack of understanding. Not all disabilities are visible & most special needs children find standing in queues very difficult.

Only toy shop in town so gets 4 stars just for that. Staff are polite and friendly. Only down point is the availability of stock. If you go for something specific be prepared to order it online instead.
