Last year I undertook a Business Administration Apprenticeship with DMM and my mentor was Rhea. I remember when I first met Rhea/ DMM, I looked at grading scales and said I want a Distinction and that was my goal for the year. During my apprenticeship, Rhea was communicative, helpful and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship and felt like it was really beneficial to my career. During my assessments, I was naturally very nervous but Rhea (DMM) was there to help me relax and ensure I was fully ready. In my assessments, I got 99% overall!! A year on and I found an amazing job during COVID lockdown (I was made redundant during Covid) which comes with 5k more a year, which I absolutely love and I feel so ready to do this role with the skills and knowledge that I learnt during this apprenticeship. Massive thank you David for agreeing that I would be a good apprentice and Rhea for the constant support, encouragement and rapport that you gave to help me succeed!

This was a very bad experience. Having taken numerous courses throughout my life, and having achieved a first class honours degree at a highly reputable University, the apprenticeship I enrolled on was extremely disorganised and unprofessional. My mentor did not know my own course deadlines, very slow to respond via email, late in giving out assignments and learning plans, spelling mistakes and incorrect formatting when given assignments. The actual assignments were of very low quality in combining theory and application. The whole apprenticeship seemed very amateurish and would not currently recommend.
