Fabulous service from start to finish! Hot tub delivered & set up smoothly, no question too silly. Collection was also very efficient. Lovely hot tub; it was for 4-6 people and we had the canopy too (great for our dodgy British weather). Can’t wait to hire one again the future! Many thanks :-)
Fantastic experience all round. Hired solid hot tub/canopy & disco ball for partners 60th birthday. Ordering delivery and set up process was straightforward and communication was excellent - kept updated and well informed. We had a slight prob with temp on the day but these guys went above and beyond to sort it and to be honest it didnt really have a impact on our evening. Such a professional company I cannot recommend them highly enough. I know the experience was expensive but it was worth every single penny - the memories created are priceless!
First of all we hired an inflatable spa for my lockdown birthday. So easy to order and set up was brilliant and clear instructions on how to take care of our water. Thank you team a wonderful week of relaxation and great weather too. Then we decided that we loved it so much that we would purchase one. Again easy ordering and fabulous communication for delivery plus the access to the YouTube tutorials perfect. We have been happily rocking our tub for 4 weeks now. Thank you team for the great all round experience. Loving the Facebook updates and honest information. Highly recommended this perfect local company.
