An absolutely amazing, professional service. All of the nurses, doctors and other members of the team are extremely friendly and helpful. I was made to feel very welcome and all of my dental and orthodontist treatments so far have been carried out gently, with care and great advice. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment today with Dr Atul Kusanale. From start to finish, the experience was incredible and I never thought I would say that about having teeth pulled out. I am incredibly nervous about dentist visits and having a wisdom tooth removed had really put me on edge. The lovely receptionist noticed this and allowed my boyfriend to come in with me to the waiting room. I never mentioned at the time but I was so grateful for this as I’d assumed with COVID he would not be allowed. Dr Kusanale was extremely professional. Let me close my eyes and distracted me when giving me local anaesthetic (the worst bit of the whole thing- needles). The nurse who was assisting was also so professional. Made nice conversation and put me at ease with the whole thing. I’m so sorry I completely forgot her name. The extraction took literally 2 minutes and I was done. I can’t thank everyone enough.
I just wanted to email to thank you for the wonderful care I received on Saturday. I was looked after from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I especially want to thank Mr Ramchandani and Jackie who looked after me so well. I was very anxious about my tooth extraction but I was looked after so well every step of the way. Their kindness and care was very much appreciated.
I was horrified to read the review by A.J of the hygienist which appeared shortly after my appointment yesterday. I have to respond to this. My experience was excellent. She was very professional and caring. They wear full PPE and do use electric tools. The dental nurse was gentle. I have checked with the surgery. No other patient with the initials AJ attended the hygienist yesterday. I do not understand how they arrived at this opinion when it is factually incorrect
Horrible experience at the hygienist. Had my lower teeth cleaned briefly,Told me they couldn't use the electrical tools due to covid-19 so had to do it manually (wish I knew before) The lady with the vacuum pushing too hard on my gums felt very uncomfortable. When finished,My mouth was full of blood and saliva,They told me I couldn't wash my mouth out due to covid-19 because of spray. They could see I was uncomfortable,but thankfully I had some tissues in my pocket to spit it all out! No way will I go to solent Dentist after that.
