Friendly staff, good food, reasonable price!
On Sunday June 2017 I had my 70th Birthday Party at The Shipyard for 50 family and friends. The atmosphere and food were fantastic. The staff looked after us all so well and everybody loved it. Thank your Paul, Liam, Lucie, Karen and all of the other bar staff and waiting staff. You made it a perfect day.
Hands down the best meal and experience while staying in Lymington. Healthy, fresh, simple ingredients, delicious flavor combinations.. This place has it all! Well worth a trip if you're ANYWHERE near Lymington.
Food was very good however the service was ridiculously slow. We were the only diners left as we waited for our main course which didn't arrive for far too long. Eventually had to go and order a cocktail myself at the bar when the staff failed to clear our main course dishes. A very annoying constant 'beeping' from the kitchen also spoilt the meal. Lovely pub in a great location....shame about the service.
Literally the BEST fish restaurant in the new forest. The food is stunning, the fish / ingredients shine through. Cannot wait to come back! Top marks to the chefs! Great service also :)
