Being a landlord my properties are in need of regular inspections whether gas, electric or Energy Performance certificates. I was referred to Chris Bloor by a family member. He was extremely helpful and pleasant and very easy to arrange times that suited my tenants. Being located outside of the UK, I always need trades that are reliable and competent. Chris Bloor ticked those boxes. He arrived on the day, dates and times that were agreed with the tenants which caused them no inconvenience whatever. Half the price of my managing agent, and I received the reports the same day. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

As promised received text message when 20 mins away. Courteous, smart and very efficient. Took no time at, all but everything mentioned on website checked and photographed. Survey carried out Friday morning but despite saying report would be sent Monday morning, email received early hours of Saturday morning with report. Cost as shown was 45, would have no hesitation at all in 1) recommending and 2) using again (although really hope I don't have too as have absolutely no intention of moving again:-))
