Owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Chose the nerf shoot out inflatable however kids had a preference for a bouncy castle. Owner went out of his way and changed order to a bouncy castle And provided us with a bouncy castle. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Hired last minute for my sons birthday. Quick service and installation. The kids enjoyed it , kept them busy through out the day. Would definitely recommend and hope to hire again. Thank you x
100% recommend and will definitely use their services again. I saw their obstacle course post on FB and sent them a message. They were very responsive via messenger and helpful as we needed to make sure what we were hiring will fit our garden. Easy booking and confirmation. on the day, they sent a message in the morning and they arrived on time to set everything up. Before they left us to enjoy the bouncy castle they gave us a sheet of Dos and Donts and went around the obstacle course with my husband talking us through safety pointers and some tips. At collection time, they sent a message half an hour before they arrived and dismantled quietly. Very professional and very easy to deal with. 5 stars for this company!
