Ordered my equipment. They have taken my money but net delivered my goods. They do not respond to email or phone calls. I attended their shop yesterday (5/7/29) which is completely empty so they must have ceased trading although their website is live and they are taking peoples money. I have started a dispute with them ove a refund.

AVOID! the store has clearly closed but there website is still active and taking peoples money even though they have no stock.. i am in the process of reclaiming my money from paypal.

Will take your money and never do the job. 3k given upfront. Too many fish put into a small swimming pool was told he would be back a few weeks later. Lost thousands of pounds worth of fish and a year on still no sign. Do not use !! Reporting to trading standards
