Extremely pleased with my Bike Fit. James and team are very professional, thorough and are happy to answer questions throughout the process. The Bike Fit itself is exceptionally comprehensive. James explains the logic behind each stage. This really helps one to appreciate how the incremental changes synergise, resulting in a bike setup that just feels right! I just met James during a virtual bike fit clinic for women. He is the most knowledgeable I had ever heard on the subject, and he joined us in Colorado all the way from England. He broached difficult topics that are usually shied away from in such formats, and for that I say "Kudos." Had a new bike which I had to set up myself and it didn't feel right. Even with my old bike that the bike shop did a bike fit with, still caused me some issue with pain and niggles. James and his wife are great. Cyclists and experts in their field. Patience and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough. When I buy my next bike I'm Def seeing James first to get my measurements and have him fit it to me.
