Nice station, but it's freezing . One of the drivers was extremely nice to all of us. And I appreciated the kind gesture. Not many people are nice like he was and it's not something to take for granted in today's society.

Passenger smoking in Bay 5, K38 to Crewe. Dirty. Staff didnt tell passenger to stop smoking when there is signs up saying its against the LAW to smoke in these premises.
