Can't believe I've not left a review yet! I have been using Macc Models for several months for my modelmaking business and can't rate them high enough. Excellent quality metal supplies, great prices, always in stock and always dispatched quickly. I love knowing that I'm dealing with a small business not too far away and love the wide range of modelmaking supplies they have. When there was the chance of a completely understandable delay around Christmas time this was made very clear and they kept their customers informed via the website, which I feel shows a personal service and concern for their customers. I will definitely continue to purchase from them & can't recommend them enough!

Just received my 3rd order and again I'm very happy with the service. The website is easy to use, prices are good and every time the order has arrived quickly.
Ordered an item on the 10 12 20 received an e mail on the 06 01 21 to say that the order has been sent received it on the 17 01 21 i could have walked to the shop and back again to get it earlier i will not use this shop ever again.
Ordered & paid online June 12th and still no delivery by July 17th. Several eMails but still no delivery. Very disappointing experience for my first order here.
A great source of all those essential bits and pieces you can't find anywhere else without waiting for internet deliveries.
