Terrible disabled access and poor training of staff. I was told to wait outside the building by a member of staff if I was unable to get my wheelchair up the two steps outside the building. I had to ask 3 times if there was any other way into the building, where I was then told there was a ramp. I had to ask if I could use that and was met with the response "I suppose so". I should have been told about the ramp from the very beginning. After all this is a public building and in 2016 it isn't acceptable to be asked to wait outside .
