My old original bay window with the original stain glass was not fit for purpose, glass needed cleaning & repairing. Single glazed so not efficient for today. In winter always wiping condensation off. Could not face replacing with upvc & losing my stain glass features. Now double glazed. My stain glass is protected. Integrity of the window maintained & quality is as good as it was originally due to excellent craftsmanship. Amazing. Real hard wood windows will last much longer than plastic. Their appeal lasts a life time. Would recommend louis & all at Pane in the sash. Quality is worth waiting for

Super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Repaired 11 sash windows that had been incorrectly sealed from the builders when we bought the house. Tried lots of different companies and they all said they ‘looked fine’ or ‘couldn’t do anything about them.’ Pain in the Sash fixed them up to a high standard.
