A number of people pointed me in your direction. Within 24 hours Paul Peters had delivered, installed and took away their own one! Fabulous service, thank you so much!

i have a VAX carpet washer that developed a fault. i rang VAX for help and they were absolutely no help whatsoever and just wanted to sell me the latest machine. they told me the fault indicated a worn out motor that was an uneconomical repair .not wishing to be fobbed off ,i contacted Paul Peters and what a refreshing response. he talked me through possible faults and solutions and suggested i drop my machine off which i did .within 2 hours he rang back to say it was working OK and appeared to be a small blockage .he had given it a good check and was all OK. i arranged to collect the next day . i asked how much i owed him and he said it was foc .i could not believe he was so honest and fair . what a change to find such a good reputable business like this .will definitely use in the future and recommend him to any prospective customers .thanks again Paul .

What a fantastic helpful shop. My Dyson filter needed replacing and the gentleman at paul peters told me to clean it first then order one if it doesnt work. Needless to say my Dyson is now up and running. Will be going back here to buy any future electrical goods. Thanks for sound advice.

I went to this repair shop after a really unhelpful experience from a repair shop nearer me (SK9)the fault with a lightweight vac was entirely mine, I had wrongly tried to re-attach the dust tank to the motor unit, but did it wrongly, the young man at Paul Peters quickly amended this, and originally declined payment, but I insisted, a small amount was agreed, this is not about the cost, it is about very respectful and professional service, would definitely recommend.
