Shocking customer service. Van went in for a simple planned fuel filter change - 5 days later still not done and cant tell me when the part will even arrive. Why the part wasn't in before the arranged appointment they cant tell me. Cant get the van back as apparently it has a flat tyre now and it wont be fixed till the fuel filter job is scheduled in again (once the part arrives). We have a fleet of vans. Sorry Macklin but you've just lost our contract......

Very disappointed, Mazda Dealer charged me 95 to check what was wrong with my car's infotainment (the screen shutting down after turning the car on) and they have failed to source where the problem is and advised to change the whole screen and unit (quoted almost 1200 for a 2014 model). what's the point taking your car to the dealer "experts" if is to hear the most expensive and obvious answer from the engineers "change the entire infotainment unit" !! is like I don't know that !. Any inexperienced garage would tell you the same thing for free and they've even offered me to replace it for just 550. !!...Thrown 95 in a bin.
