We hired a narrow boat from this firm in 2014. The boat had some problems and this company could not have been better with support back up. They also refunded us money equivalent to the time we lost. Unlike a hire car firm from Heathrow who , as one of their branch managers commented on when we complained about what had been done to us. "They have stitched you up like a kipper". Starts with a "H". Back to this company, wonderful.. use them again anytime
