The experience at the store has been extraordinary I have been to the store on a few occasions due to my own stupidity with my phone On entry at the store I was made feel very welcoming and not foolish due to how my phone was damaged by my own foolish Actions... Let's just say I'm Irish and I like a drink The device was fixed within the time Frame I required and all checked it was working before I left the store I work shift work and on my second occasion my phone decided not to work. I was only a available to drop into the store on a Sunday in which the store owner could not oblige enough with my needs. I was in the store for a bit due to the damage to my phone and could see that not only did the store show me amazing customer experience but also showed the same across the board If any other business who reads this can take something is that how to treat your business and treat your customers The experience I had was outstanding and wish all them the best in the future
