Fantastic service! I sent my 10 year old, heavily fire-damaged Commander 3s for a service and they came back in pristine condition - almost as if I had just bought them again. This was excellent value for money and exceeded all expectations, so I have to give a whole-hearted five star review.

The service I received started out quite well in fairness. Very courteous on the phone and I arranged to drop a faulty Tamron lens off to them. I was met at the door, handed over the lens and forms and was told I would receive a quote within 3-5 days. Fast forward to day 5 I called to ask if a quote had been sent yet as I needed to the lens for the following weekend. I was told to keep an eye on my inbox. Jump forward 2 weeks and still no quote. I called after the easter break as they were closed and they were baffled as to why I hadn't received one yet. This was chased up quite quickly and was told I would receive an email that day....it arrived the next day saying that the lens was beyond economical repair. Two weeks to tell me that it couldn't be fixed. This could have been resolved a lot faster with a phone call and I could've collected the next day and looked to buy a new lens. Will definitely not be using their services again.

These guys are second to none. Took my 150-600mm lens to them for a firmware update & received it back exactly one week later to find that they had not only updated it but also perfectly cleaned each & every element of glass. My lens is now as pristine as it was when brand new & better due to the firmware update. Thank you.

Bought a tripod from a retailer 6 years ago and managed to break the top off it a week ago. Emailed 2020 as they were listed as the UK importer and they sent out a replacement part - completely free of charge! You just don't get this kind of service from companies any longer, well done 2020 - Ill be looking to buy from the brands you cater to in future knowing the high level of customer support you offer!

Absolutely first class service. My 10 year old Steiner commanders were a bit damaged (by me) and had some perished rubber. I sent them to Cliff at Intro 2020 and the Bino’s came back 5 weeks later “as new” and at no cost as it was a warranty repair!
