Ordered 6 storage boxes. Was told they were delivered on certain day but never had a delivery as I was home all day. Never had any contact to say they were on way or had been supposedly delivered. Delivery driver left boxes at front door took photo and walked away. Didn’t knock door, ring bell or leave any card to say delivered. Live right next to a public footpath so you would of thought someone would of used brain to say ‘ shouldn’t just leave here and walk off’ maybe knock door and if no reply take them away and redeliver!! So now I have no storage boxes just under 100 out of pocket and company not really interested as they have a photo of where boxes were left!!! Never gonna use again
Excellent service with next day delivery to central scotland !! Alternative payment system such as PayPal would simplify/secure the transaction process
