A very civilised carpet buying experience! There's a lot of choice and the usual bewildering array of discounts. But compared to other places the staff are genuinely helpful and don't seem to give it the hard sell.

Popped in here today, the sales guy was so friendly and helpful. Despite us realising very quickly that they didn't stock what we wanted, he gave so much advice about where to go and what to check when we were looking elsewhere.

Contractors they used had no regard for the newly painted walls, despite being asked to take care. Lots of chips that now need to be repaired. Used substandard tools to cut door bases, resulting in jagged edges on the bottom of the doors. Didn't cut carpet properly in all areas paid for, shoved in shoddily cut sections.
