Bower Terrace Student Accommodation is situated in an Ideal place away from the Busy Main Road. There is a long entrance to enter Bower Terrace, from the Tonbridge Road so it is Quieter away from the Traffic. I made an Appointment to Look around. The Security Gentleman who Showed me around was Courteous and Helpful. There is a main Lounge with seating for a number of people if you would like to Relax this way. It also has a Television to view in the Lounge. There are a number of Rooms which are all self Contained and Very Small. Each Room has a Single Bed and inside the Room is a Cubicle with a Door separating this from the Room. This Cubicle has a self contained Lavatory and I believe it has a wash basin an Shower. Outside of the window to the Room that I viewed is a Social Area with Tables and Chairs were one can Relax or Socialize with the other Residents. I am not sure what the Price of the Rent was, it was nearly Several Years ago. One can always Inquire. This is an ideal place situated for Students who Study at The Colleges in Oakwood Park. The Bus Route is Direct, and the Walk is Approximately A Mile. Worth a Visit if you are Looking for Accommodation.

Stay away from this place was first told when moving in that I would be with fellow students in the flat however most of us were split up and was put with older people which some were not good to live with, wifi is absolutely disgusting some night I struggled to get internet on my laptop to do uni work, and to top it all off after 8 weeks of moving out i have still not received my 446 pounds deposit that was given to me but then taken out the next day which consequently has put me in a bad spot for renting my new place for my next academic year and of course the landlord says it's not his fault, when investigating he has given fake account numbers just to prolong this. I strongly advice don't go way overpriced and poorly run
