Where do I start. If you would like an alcoholic drink whilst yr here, be prepared for half hr wait. 2 customers infront of us and 20mins until we got served. I asked for vodka redbull was told they sold out last night. So I asked for Jack Daniel's and coke, guess wht.. they ran out of tht last night also (bearing in mind it's only sat night). Eventually painfully 5mins later we was served 2 drinks we didn't care for. Ordered more drinks later from our tablet, Jack Daniel's to be precise as it was an available option. 20mins later janck Daniel's delivered to our table. As much as I appreciate new staff learning the ropes, its not appreciated standing behind only 1 customer and waiting 20mins whilst bar staff laughed giggled and flirted with customers. Great venue, everything in perfect order apart from the Bar!!!! Completely missed first 2 games because of these incompetent girls. Please stock the bar before operating.

I use to love go to Buzz Bingo however after move to area and was issued car park ticket under their property I am not planning to return any more. Their car parks working with private company Highwiev Parking and this company just has no manors and thier penalty fees are 4 times higher then gov basically legal robbers.

Some of the staff are not happy to have new faces around i would say , but i reckon that would be great the management start to be revamped in all aspects.

Excellent bingo Hall where you can play free bingo on certain days and always receive vouchers every time you go includes a decent slot machine area including free tournament on selected day staff are friendly and polite and free drink when your on slot machines.

Maidstone is closest bingo to ashford now so went here new years eve. Friendly staff not that busy but link up games are worth the prize money for the the cost of books
