Ordered a bike online to collect in store, online system needs some work but once I made contact with the Maidstone store everything ran smoothly. Agreed to collect Friday, arrived when they opened and bike was built up and ready. Asked about some mudguards which they offered to fit there and then. Mechanic was clearly busy with bikes coming in constantly for servicing but he got the mudguards fitted for me asap. Staff were friendly, helpful and clearly enthusiastic about bikes.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. I ordered a bike though the cycle to work scheme, it was delivered to me with no issues whatsoever, it couldn't have been easier. Returned to the Maidstone store for a 6 week check up and again, fantastic service from sales and workshop staff (mechanic Tom) many thanks Evans cycles
My new bike needed a repair just a few weeks after buying it - the chain had broken and damaged the derailleur. Staff at the Maidstone shop were fantastic. They couldn't convince the manufacturer to do the repair on warranty, so decided to give me a (better) replacement part for free anyway. Got my bike back better than it was, including a general checkup, at no cost. Really lovely engineer as well. Cheers guys - great customer service.
Peter in the Maidstone branch was a great help. Took the time even though I was not going to order with him and called back when the phone went dead. Ordered a cannondale for my son. Sometimes the bigger chains lack the personal touch but he did a great job. Thanks
Very happy with what was an unexpected purchase whilst on a weekend break. Love my new bike, and when I entered the store I was met by some friendly helpful staff ! Cycling is new to me so asked for advice on which one to buy in line with my budget! Was helped with some very knowledge and advice which gives the impression they employ people who actually have an interest in the products, rather than just anybody! Really affordable as well.
