Contacted the service department Monday morning and was able to get my car looked at the same day. The fault was unable to be fixed that day but they were really accommodating in getting it booked in for the day after. Communication was great regarding giving me updates and the problem has been fixed to a high standard! Thank you FG Barnes, I will be back should any other problems arise in the future.

After a problem with the car we initially purchased Sam Smith came through to resolve. We can not thank the service received enough. If only all sales people had the skill and desire to make sure that the customer is happy from start through to Purchase. Thank you again Sam.
Recently bought a new Cupra from here via Emma. This was my first PCP lease so I was a bit hesitant at first but Emma’s professionalism, product knowledge and customer service put me at ease. I was continually updated throughout the entire process and have even had a courtesy call just to see how I’m getting on with the car! 5 star service throughout. I’d definitely recommend.
Took my car in to fix a light problem, it cost me 158 to diagnose the issue not fix it. only for it to be a totally different problem witch only coast me 20 and 20mins to fix not at all worth 108 pound an hour
Even though I have recently had an issue with a service appointment that never materialised I would still rate them very highly. Friendly, honest (as much as a car dealer can be) and polite.
