Incredibly responsive to our initial outreach. Next day came and took on the fire damage. Mihaly and Csaba were incredibly professional, genuine and explained everything they would do. They then got on a did it all in a sensitive manner and with insane attention to detail. They finished 7 hours later, so courteous around kids bedtime and just genuinely awesome job done by lovely people. Thank you worth every penny.

Please avoid, should be called less than ideal response. the work they carried out did not meet the standards of our quote we signed. We were promised technical equipment and paid 765 to repair a mark on a ceiling from a leak above. This quote offered saturation spraying or ULV fogging, wet vaccuming and environmental conditioning. The technician who turned up had none of his own equipment and went to the nearest screw fix to buy some cheap stain remover, a roller and some paint. He was at the property for 2 hours using this basic equipment. The stain wasn't removed as demonstrated in the pictures attached. After I complained to the team they initially refused to come back and complete the work despite there being an obvious mark still present. With some persistence they eventually agreed. Then on the day no one turned up on the date we had agreed. I had to chase the office several times to get someone to attend. Once again after raising the issue on work scope, the same technician turned up with no specialist equipment. I could have done the job myself for less than 50. From start to finish I have been lied to and ideal response have broken a contractual agreement.
