I was visiting my own girlfriend at Medway, when they transferred her to here and left me stranded. After 4 hours of travelling and waiting, I arrived here just to be told that they are not taking visitors. This was yesterday. They then told me to call them today to book a visit. The receptionist said there is a note that says not to let me in. I am banned, and it's for literally nothing. They told me it's because I 'didn't visit her', yet my girlfriend says they claimed I was 'kicking off', which is definitely not the case as I waited patiently and thanked everyone that talked to me. To be lied to like that is a disgrace, and especially to be accused of something I did not even do. And not only that, but I had my girlfriend's food with me and she specifically wanted to see me.
