Had to go to A and E on Sunday. Was Surprised how quiet it was. With Social Distancing in place. The reception area was set out well. The receptionist wasn't overly pleasant but the nurses and GP were great. I was there about an hour in total. As usual our great NHS did a great Job. Thank you to all the A & E staff.

All oncology staff are attentive, skilful and caring. I've hardly ever had to wait and all the nurses and healthcare assistants go to great lengths to make sure I'm comfortable and free of pain. My very skilful and creative oncologist, Dr Michaelidou, is extremely easy to reach by email and responds to any requests and questions very quickly. Very impressed with all the treatment I've received.

Had an appointment in ultrasound today, and cannot praise enough the kindness and professionalism of the staff there. The receptionist was smiling pleasant and the ultrasonographers were really good - even though I messed up with my prep that morning they were patient and sorted me out. (I even got some appropriate lifestyle health information which was appreciated.) The ultrasound department is a credit to the hospital - many thanks!

Usually under medway hospital but due to needing the eye department I've been coming here for different appointments recently and It's great! Very clean and tidy. Professional staff and very helpful from the greeting at the entrance to the reception ladies to the doctors. I've also been seen quickly many times. Thanks NHS
