After having had a bit of a bad experience with a Bank mortgage advisor initially as a first time buyer I decided I would try a mortgage consultant and went with Dak. I then found myself in a position where I needed to sort a mortgage offer quickly after offering on a house to prove I could afford the mortgage. Dak was able to turn this around for me much quicker than I had expected, I think I had the mortgage offer the following day, and I could not fault his service in any way. He led me through the process from start to finish, advised me on all the options available to me and answered about a million questions from myself more than happily. He was always very polite and easy to liaise with. Even when my second house fell through (which was very unforeseeable!) he continued to get me a mortgage for the next house I found at no extra cost. When I move again I will be using Dak to sort my mortgage arrangements.
