I had a really good experience with Stephen. He was friendly, professional and made me feel as ease immediately. I went to see him with a painful knee, which at 41, I thought would put me out of action for months; Stephen had me healed within 3 weeks. Amazing.

Stephen was super caring and super professional to my shoulder condition, which had occurred through a simple trip and fall accident due to an uneven drain cover. Everything with my shoulder was uncomfortable and out of line. Within 4 sessions or so, I felt loads better and he managed to get 95% mobility back. Many thanks and I would highly recommend Stephen .
I have been working with Stephen for the past few months due to having Shin Splints. For about a year I haven't been able to run or train properly as they were giving me too much pain. After only a few sessions of physio and following a plan Stephen had created for me to follow at home I started to recover fast. I'm now running again and It feels great. Stephen was very professional, he answered any questions I had and genuinely wanted to see an improvement in my injury. 100% would recommend.
