Sallie the manager was incredible through the whole consultancy process she put me at ease and was thorough with her information and empathetic to my concerns and needs. I am writing to comment on the service I have received from Transform Maidstone. It has been a while since I have been treated as a valued customer. I am a very nervous person and it was quite a big step for me to get there...from the beginning I was welcomed in and made to feel at ease by a lovely lady at reception. Whilst I had really done my homework on what I wanted, Sallie was able to answer all of my questions. She made sure my whole procedure went as smooth as possible. The nurse that handled me afterwards just felt so genuine. They prove that there can be warmth in such a clinical environment. Thank you ladies for my new lease of life.

I had a consultation with Sallie at the Maidstone clinic today and can honestly say I was so nervous but she instantly put me at ease. So bubbly and friendly I felt reassured and so much more excited about my upcoming surgeon consultation something I’ve worried about and put off for ages. The reception staff were so sweet and made me a hot drink before my consultation. Honestly if you’re scared don’t be! This is the best thing I ever did and I can’t wait for the next step!!

Wonderful from start to finish. I am so happy with the results and the service I was given, I went to Maidstone clinic to have my appointments before my op all the staff where so kind, warm welcoming and friendly would highly recommend. Sally was splendid and fab, down to the care it was great really was well looked after! Would love to come back in the future and would 100% return. Thank you for everything :)
