Went into Mail boxes Etc stressed out because I had to send my entire closet home to the US. The entire team made me laugh, answered every question, and helped me get a kitten. Will return as soon as possible with the Zelda the cat and will do all my business here! They even made me consider getting a MBE tattoo

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Mail Boxes Etc. at Finchley Road. I told the staff that I want very important documents delivered and they suggested 1st class Royal Mail, which was supposed to arrive the next day. It is 4 days later and the item is still not delivered. Only after I asked them, they told me that there was a more suitable service called Special Delivery that guarantees next day delivery.
