Nik & Raymond at Mailboxes Highgate are the best thing about 2020 and so far in 2021. They were everything our government is not. Reliable, consistent, professional and polite. When I was short for time they would help (safely). When I was unsure of how to pack they recommended products and offered sellotape. They always gave me options and advice on the best way to send things and if there was an issue with an item arriving, which was rare, it was resolved effectively and quickly. Nik and Raymond are the Kings Of Highgate high street. I am not just the only person to think so. Others I know who use Mal Boxes Highgate say so. I once decided to use another location as I was in the area and I deeply regret doing so. If Nik and Raymond were in charge of the Covid pandemic we would have all be vaccinated, mask free and able to hug months ago.

I regularly send my letters and ebay parcels from here. The staff is fantastic, always willing to help you pack and their metallic envelopes are just marvelous!
Fantastic service with friendly and helpful staff. I emailed through what I needed to be printed and it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the shop. Would highly recommend.
Had a few parcels to take care of over the last few months and had a great experience here! Whenever I was there Nick was working and he was always great. He helped me deal with all the deliveries and was always super friendly and welcoming anytime I came. Would highly recommend
