I visited the store during the early period of lockdown and the service was perfect! The lady in store saw me walking down the high street with a large parcel under my arm and asked if it needed sending, to which I told her it did. She was brilliant at making the process so easy, following all social distancing guidelines and ensuring that my parcel arrived at its destination the next morning. Brilliant service, thank you again!

I dropped a FedEx package there when the London lockdown was starting and unfortunately there was an issue with the label and the FedEx people wouldn't take the package initially. The lockdown made it particularly difficult for me to get there but thankfully, Alex, at Mail Boxes Etc was very helpful and went out of his way to sort it out. IN the end, he managed to take care of it while keeping me constantly updated until the package finally left to its destination. Great service!
Today I came here at mailbox Stanmore to pack something the lady Besa she helped me to find the right box and another packaging material and did the job as a professional I am very happy with service and she was very friendly as well I used to go other mailboxe store from today I will be using Stanmore mailbox store only because she made me very impressed. So five star rating from me I wish I could give more!:)
