Excellent service from the teams on the phone and the delivery guys. I was unsure whether the fridge freezer I ordered would fit, the delivery team measured up, unpacked the new unit and were so polite and professional. Highly recommend using Knees! Thank you to Ashley and Marcus who delivered the unit.

After having an incredibly poor experience with Currys, delivering a damaged dishwasher 4 days before Christmas, promising to replace it & not fulfilling their promise, leaving us with 17 people to wash for on Xmas day, zero compassion for my cause & not taking any responsibility for the issues I was experiencing, I decided on a refund & looked online...... I found Knees at an unbeatable price for the Dishwasher I was looking for, the delivery time was a bit further out than I’d of liked - understanding the dishwasher was coming straight from the manufacturer made it more acceptable. Delivery day arrived today 9th January..... I asked the delivery driver to open the appliance & guess what?? It’s damaged \u200d️. I called Knees & spoke to Steven who rectified the situation in under 10 minutes & a replacement to be delivered in a few days. Incredibly supportive & with compassion..... Thanks Steven & the Knees team, a great start to 2020 you will be 100% recommend to all my friends & family. Service as it should be.

Never go back there after haveing a washing machine we payed 300pounds for only lasted over a year manager very rude didn't care at all the machine was always playing up phoned. Many times knees don't care about customers
