I have always found the staff very helpful. Throughout this pandemic I have been quite ill, as have my son and after having telephone consultations have always been able to go in and see a doctor.

Despite the initial problems I've since seen the Doctors a few times. I can't fault them. I've literally just come from seeing Doctor Jenkins and she's really caring, and all around a great Doctor to see. The only problem remain with the reception. The staff there can have a real attitude problem that puts you off you going, which when you're ill is the last thing that should be happening.
This practice is a perfect example of how horrific a socialist healthcare system like the NHS is. The NHS is an embarassment. Ive seen better treaments and services in third world countries. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If you chose to work in this profession and you couldnt care less about the lives of the patients you mistreat - thats malpractice and neglegence. But who do you complain to? this clinic that violates the laws in UK regarding how to handle patients and how to treat them. Laws are meaningless without enforcement. Just shameful.
I have registered here one month ago. I haven't yet even seen my practitioner. The apointments are done only through a call center that answers phone calls once a couple of weeks and even than one cannot book an apointment, but they book you to be called back another two weeks after. When they call you, the connection gets lost and they don't answer if you try to call back. If you physically go there, they keep telling you to call. So basically they avoid meeting patients. Please, could someone recommend me a real clinic where one could actually meet doctors and get help?! It's easier for me to jost go visit a doctor in Romania and come back after. Damn, when I was still living in Romania, I thought their practice was bad for keeping you few hours waiting, but here I am registered for one mounth already and still couldn't see the face of my practitioner.
131 calls and 50 minutes to get through only to be told no appointments left I have to ring back on Monday. This is a joke! I work 7-3 so can't spend an hour of my working day every day trying to get a doctor's appointment. This surgery definitely only caters for those who don't work/work shifts.
