Purchased Volvo V40. Amazing customer service!! Andrew and Mike were so helpful and provided excellent assistance. Purchased a used V60 Cross Country Lux recently (Jan 2021) & VERY pleased. I mainly dealt with Richard & Gareth & both provided impeccable customer service and a relaxed approach surrounding the sale of which I have never experienced in a dealership before. This most definitely encouraged the sale for me even more. Despite the dealership being almost a four hour drive for me I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle. I also spoke with a female on reception a couple of times of whom I cannot remember your name (sorry!!) but again Communication was not only polite and courteous but had a friendly touch of mentioning what the local weather was like ensuring I was wrapped up for my COVID-safe visit to see the car! A great car with even better service thank you all!

Had a problem with Volvo connect setup on my used XC90 that I had NOT bought from Ray Chapman. I do have a lease car through York branch but deal was done via email so never visited as I live in wiltshire. Whilst on maiden trip for Yorkshire break in said used XC90 I called Malton service team and they were all super helpful. Emma and Tim squeezed me in same day, plugged my car into their system and all fixed within the hour. 0 and a cup of coffee. Great service, great people, I highly recommend you take your business to them, thanks!!!

I called to look at cars recently, having bought my last volvo here from Mike. Unfortunately they did not have a car for me this time. I was looked after by Andrew who was superb, he sold me on the \Adictive cruise control\. They had the right car but wrong colour for me. I liked the one in the pic but was more than I wanted to pay this time. Thanks Mike and Andrew for looking after me so well.
