An absolutely horrible experience, especially for a practice that specialises in anxious patients. I’ve been told it’s a personal decision they’ve made not to treat me, without any further explanation, and I haven’t been given anywhere to go to get my tooth fixed, leaving it just getting worse.

I have been with beacon for 10 years. I chose this practice as I am very nervous and my main Dentist, Karen has always made me feel safe and well looked after. The hygienists are really professional and do a great job. I am about to have a dental implant with David and Guyand the information I was given about options was really useful and made me feel really positive about my decision. Very grateful for the flexible approach and the fact that patient choice is so well respected . I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been suffering with terrible toothache for the last 4 to 5 days and with everything being locked down I thought I’d struggle to find help. I spoke to David who managed to sort a prescription of some antibiotics to relieve the pain that I am in. He was so helpful and gave me the advice I needed in my desperate hour of need. I have been a patient at Beacon for around 8 years now and have never found the experience anything short of exceptional! From the warm welcome and complimentary tea or coffee on arrival, to the treatment received. I have always felt like my dentist and hygienist genuinely care about me and my teeth/gums. They always have time to answer questions or explain things. I would absolutely recommend Beacon dental care.
