Pre covid I loved visiting this shop and browsing the beautiful stock to find gifts for birthdays or Christmas, the staff are all friendly, helpful and have a good knowledge of the crafts people and processes that create the wonderful items they sell. Now in these challenging times of social distancing I find their website offers the same outstanding level of customer service, responding quickly to queries and despatching orders promptly (well packaged, and, if required, beautifully wrapped within the outer packing). This is always my ‘go to’ business when I am looking for that special present - highly recommended.
