The product I purchased was available on e.bay for less money but the specifications looked suspect in terms of transmission distances. I elected to buy the Keene electronics product because I had been satisfied with all the previous products I had bought from them and the specifications were well set out. Ordered HDMI Extender as previous one had stopped working. Phoned Keene for advise on what one to buy. Extremely helpful. Had to phone once product arrived for technical help. Spoke to Patrick who was very friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed with his customer service which was 100 %. Would definitely recommend.
