Couldn't give a zero star but I would have done if I could. Called the store to ask about accessories and could we visit the shop, they asked if we had bought the machine from them - we said no - so they said: 'Well you can't visit the shop then!'. No discussion. You just simply can't visit the shop if you didn't buy your machine from them. Cracking way to do business guys. I will go out of my way to make sure as many people know just how welcoming and friendly you are - maybe I'll even let trading standards know.
