Not enough staff to cope with the amount of customers still using BCA. If they are going to stay open during this strange time, then they need the staff to keep things running as normal. Dropping vehicles off is not too bad but picking up a vehicle is very slow and lots of people were getting very frustrated with the long wait, not just to find the correct place to actually go but also finding the correct person to deal with their enquiry. There needs to be clear signs outside the long green perimeter fences, especially for customers (like me) on foot. I must have walked 2 or 3 miles finding the correct site, then the correct office, then after all that, a long walk to the correct pickup car park site. It took me over 2 hours from arriving at the bus stop outside to actually driving the car away that i had come to collect for a customer.
