Check-in staff are pleasant enough as you expect. This trip I had priority access but no one bothered to tell me which way was the fast lane and the poor signage meant I ended queueing which was a waste of money frankly.

I flew BA from the UK to the States in 2003. They got me from A to B in time. 12 hours is a long time in an air-plane though but the whole journey, for me was fine.
Very poor customer service; I missed a connection in London, it was their fault; I had to pay for an accommodation near Heathrow, which they promised to reimburse, but once back in Manchester they only gave me back part of the amount, just because they can! On top of that, they refuse to compensate for the connection I missed, without further explanations! I'd strongly advice people never use their services!
Trying to change a name for a disabled passengers safety assistant, no budging on policy not to change name when safety assistant has left role. Only option to buy new ticket and disabled passenger suffers further costs as a result of their disability.
Very bad in operations and customer service. There is a known delay but no information is provided on when the delayed flight will actually depart. Rather let people stand in queue for a flight that will leave maybe in 2 h or so. Pathetic.
