From start to finish Lloyd at Bronation was at the top of his game. Obviously it’s a big step to take to decide to have the procedure and from the initial consultation and throughout I was at ease and I knew that it was the right decision. Lloyd's explanation of the procedure and the outcome from his work were 100% accurate and it looks better than I could ever have anticipated. Don’t look back, look forward is what I’d say you won’t be disappointed!

Lloyd is the consummate professional, each session built on the previous very subtly. One concern I had was suddenly looking completely different and being self conscious, it just doesn’t happen this way with SMP. I found it was a slow and incremental evolvement each time I went until I was happy with the look. I could not recommend using Lloyd highly enough. His mantra is ’Trust the Process’, having been through it, he is absolutely right, one happy customer!
