Just became a member today and played the morning session and evening session, I am very impressed and had a great day. All the staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to help and make sure everything is okay. Definitely my new enjoyment fun to occupy my spare time.
I used to enjoy going there but no more. The same people always won constantly which I found annoying. The staff where always very nice.
I love going to bingo I see friends and have a chat with them plus there's a chance of winning big money. I always get a pad as I feel I get more chance with one I would go every day if I had more time
What a disorganized place staff were ok not very well trained. Caller was too quiet we couldn't understand what he was saying. It was really noisy during the game being played. Manager wouldn't tell the noisy customers to be quiet we had to move. We even missed some games because we couldn't hear what was being said. I play bingo all over the country this is definitely the worse I have ever been to I was expensive compared to the castle and mecca. We will not be going again
Great bingo even if ice only won once, They have some of the nicest friendliest staff. Its been a while since I've been here, but always enjoyed it when I did go. Good selection of food and drink. Curry chips are a favourite and my friends love chicken baskets. They also do a fruit crumble and custard which is amazing. They do offers of drinks like sharing beers a day full bottles of wine etc. Often give free tickets and teddy's etc
Was a great place until two members of your staff give us plenty of attitude at the door one of them being angie I'd sack her while you can!
It was fun, perhaps a little fast for me compared to other bingo places I've been, felt as though they were cramming in as many games as they could. We won though so that's why 4 stars.
