Excellent practice and with fantastic, extremely experienced doctors. Last year a doctor actually saved my life. Truly amazing work. I can never thank them enough. The negativity is unjust as the NHS on the whole is outstanding. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone. I have been with them for years. From reading the reviews had to put my experience forward.

Chorlton Family Practice has been incredible this week. Registration and booking.have been so simple. The app and online services are simple and quick. All the staff including reception, Drs and nurses have been really professional, friendly, kind and understanding. Very good surgery run and staffed by people who clearly care.

My Doctor (Dr Mulkeen) is amazing - her tireless warmth and friendliness, and willing to really listen and care, is refreshing. I found the reception quite hit-and-miss in terms of their manner, but I never experienced any issues with appointments.

I've recently registered at Chorlton Family Practice, whilst there was a tiny wobble getting me booked in for my health assessment, when I did get in to meet with the GP I was impressed with her manor and concern and general willingness to listen (to a few issues!) She'd also already read some of my notes! This is a great improvement from previously spending my whole 10 minute appointment explaining my medical history.

I left because no longer felt secure in the knowledge that my 9 year old child wouldn't be left without his repeat prescription (for a serious lifelong medical condition) because of the unhelpful and unrelenting attitude of a particular member of the reception staff. I also never felt that having reception staff perform 'telephone triage' for urgent medical issues was particularly safe and was (is) an accident waiting to happen. We all know the NHS is in crisis and is completely oversubscribed but surely that makes the robust assessment of risk an even higher priority.
