I love this place!!!! The food is amazing (especially if you get it half price/two for one). Gutted they have shortened the menu down but they still have a good selection. The burgers are cooked to perfection. Definitely be going back the next time I see one.

I went there for the first time and honestly dont believe the bad reviews, take this from someone who judges fairly. The atmosphere and staff is very nice, they're really kind and professional so I'd recommend this for anyone:) the food is amazing as well as the whole restaurant. It's beautiful and welcoming
Great food, great service. I had never even heard of it before today. The manager gave us complimentary desserts for a slight inconvenience surrounding the booking and the current government guidelines. Overall can't complain at all, nice food, friendly staff. Lovely drinks. Highly recommended
An american themed restaurant with an authentic feel. There's plenty of seats in the restaurant although being in the Trafford Centre, there may be a wait. The food tasted good but the prices don't unfortunately match the quality of the food hence 4*.
Fast and friendly service, seated and served fast. However the food is quite mediocre and don’t think I would go if it wasn’t for my friends 50% off voucher as I would feel ripped off paying the full price for what you get. Quite unfortunate but was okay.
Booked via website and drove 60 miles to come shopping here with my 3 uni housemates (same household). Upon arrival we were asked to provide proof of address which I understand due to covid, however only the driver had proof of address on his license. Not all of us can drive and as uni students we haven't changed our addresses to the uni household and so even if we had proof of address they wouldn't have all matched up and we still wouldn't have been allowed. Was told that all the eating establishments were asking everyone for proof of address, yet the group behind us were not asked to prove they were part of the same household and we were able to walk to a restaurant opposite and got in with no issues. We felt that we were being singled out by the staff because of our age and any other uni students should avoid as you won't get in.
Really good place especially with my 2 year old. Great prices kids meal only 3.95 and free refills on kids drinks. Great service too.
What a great time at Coast to Coast we had this evening. To start with, the guy who welcomed us was brilliant and really set the tone, he was really enthusiastic and upbeat which was refreshing in the current frustrating times due to Covid 19. He showed us to a table which was lovely and Covid safe, a nice little booth well spaced from anyone else with great views of the quality East Coast US decor which had a real genuine feel to it. Our table service was spot on too, very timely, attentive and friendly too. The food was really tasty too, great choice and just what you'd expect from a top quality American restaurant. There was an issue with my order, and the table server couldn't do enough to rectify it, offering to change it and make me a priority, but as I was so hungry, and what I was given also looked good I declined the offer and kept what was on my plate. Shortly after the server came over and told me he had taken my meal off the bill as it was their mistake! I couldn't believe the level of service, and in these difficult times for businesses too, I was so impressed. I tipped well as I felt it was thoroughly deserved, and I can't wait to go back there and sample more of the food and drink whilst soaking up the atmosphere. Generally I find the eating places in the Trafford Centre of lower quality and standards that you normally find in Manchester, however Coast to Coast was an exception to this and has definitely become my "go to" place to eat when I go shopping. Highly recommended!
