My husband was suffering with back and leg pain for years after he had a slipped disc in 2017.. he had been constantly on strong addictive pain medication and suffering on a daily basis. We found this clinic and it has definitely made such a positive difference for him. He is now completely off all pain medications and is managing his pain much better through regular appointments with his physician Ammar. He has given my husband such a needed source of support both through the physical help but also mental support in dealing with his pain. Can’t recommend him enough! I've been to see Ammar about 5 times for half hour sessions. He took the time to listen to the background of my issue and consider what might have been causing it. He spends a good amount of time working the area during our sessions and I have seen a fairly significant improvement. I should note that my pain was not overbearing from the outset but has reduced significantly. Ammar has always been kind and professional. He stresses the importance of stretching in order to keep muscular issues at bay (i.e. prevention better than the cure).
After trying various clinics and having very little success with my lower back I decided to bite the bullet again and decided to try CT clinics. I met Pablo in August and went through my medical history and pablo talked to me about copa therapy and how it works. After my first session and I was already feeling 50% better and by session 5 I felt no pain at all. At this stage Pablo was happy to discharge. Pablo is my know go to guy if I experience any sort of pain
Very thorough and professional service. I contacted Ammar after injuring my ankle and was in a lot of pain. We had an initial consultation over the phone where he diagnosed that the issue was with my lower back. I was unable to put my foot flat on the ground as the pain was so intense and unable to walk properly. After the first session I felt immediate improvement in the mobility of my foot and ankle. Ammar recommended some stretches to help with the recovery. I have since been able to run again and continue to do the stretches as they help with my mobility after spending longer hours at a desk working from home. Thank you Ammar!

I had severe upper back and neck stiffness. Called CT clinic and spoke with Ammar. Received an appointment the same day. After 2 sessions I had already seen a 50% improvement. After 2 months of treatment my old complaint of severe stiffness was completely gone. Prior to seeing Ammar, I was diagnosed with a laberal tear in the hip, also wear and tear, which had restricted my movement. Consultant advice, was to take pain killers, since hip surgery was not a option, due to my age. For an active person this was depressing news, which also have an impact on my work, which requires me to be on my feet OST of the day. Ammar out the box thinking regarding how to deal with pain by using COPA therapy, has got me back at work and walking with confidence. Very professional and friendly environment, puts you at ease when you see him. I would totally recommend his services.
The best treatment I’ve ever had. I been suffering knee pain for 4 months, hardly i was able to bend my knee 90 degrees, but after great treatment i had here know i can bend my knee as normal. Highly recommended.
